Salad Musings: American Land Cress

I'm really not impressed. I feel like I've cultivated a pot full of hairy bittercress.

I do love the flavour, and I suppose the dark green rosettes are quite attractive.. but the plants are so small, it seems hardly worth devoting good soil space to something so tiny-looking.

Unless I can figure out a way of having a vertical wall of land cress, I think I'll stick to eating weeded bittercress instead.

I would insert a photo, but the plants are looking somewhat embarrassing right now.
